Renodapt S 360mg Tablets (composed of Mycophenolic Acid) is a helpful Immunosuppressant agent, and is an enteric formulation of Mycophenolate sodium that distributes the active moiety Mycophenolic acid (MPA). How Renodapt S 360mg Tablets Works?

Mycophenolic acid is a noncompetitive reversible inhibitor of Inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH), a primary enzyme involved in de novo purine synthesis. Its inhibiting actions prevent the proliferation of lymphocytes in the S-phase of the cell cycle. MPA prevents the proliferation and clonal expansion in B and T lymphocytes, thereby preventing the production of antibodies and inhibiting the generation of cytotoxic T cells. In simple terms, Renodapt works by inhibiting the purine synthesis of human lymphocytes through reversible blockage of inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase enzyme. Also Renodapt S 360mg tablets inhibit the increase of B and T lymphocytes.
